Since my knowledge and experience cannot be transferred to other coaches, I limit the number of individual applicants I accept each month to six to retain the time. Because my clients are picked based on the outcomes I feel they will receive, not the amount of time they spend in my program, there may be times when you need to join a waiting list. If this happens, I will supply you, getting-started resources.

If you are willing to follow instructions, get out of bed in the morning, and are coachable, trainable, and financial. You will learn what works and the same as those who came before you. We will both be held accountable to one another. Since I’m compensated based on your success, I’ll advise against it and suggest we look at other choices if I do not feel this to be a successfully profitable venture

Yes, Indeed! Like the man who invented electric cars or Uber, I improve procedures, records, and methods and create the standards to accomplish outcomes more quickly; otherwise, We Buy Houses would not have been able to expand as much as it has. This has occasionally caused friction with traditionalists, so my program is best suited to progressive thinkers

Following a 15-minute phone call, we will then schedule a Zoom meeting based on the information received, which outlines the steps to accomplish your vision and goal. Once given the green light, I need to organize a lot behind the scenes so we diary a start date and countdown to achieve the outcomes. 

This is up to you, as I receive 50% of the profit for transactions we initially do together. My recommendation is that you should branch out on your own once you feel confident and master the processes. Many clients elect to retain my services as a resource in exchange for a 5% profit share, but this is your choice. The sooner you feel comfortable on your own, the sooner I can assist someone else.
