I was being requested to speak about business and stage presentations expanded rapidly as a result of the endless requests to speak about my work. I had hosted a TV programme in the US earlier, which, along with my communication skills, was a good fit, and a new business was established.
Doe to accelerated growth the business was  split in two. RickOtton.com conducted a plethora of educational training events in multiple countries,  and We Buy Houses remained as the real estate transaction platform.
